Allora, l'immagine a cui ti riferisci si trova nel tuo computer, per poterla mettere devi caricarla su internet:

http://imageshack.us/

Successivamente incolla il link dell'immagine che ti fornisce il sito tra il tag [IMG] QUI INCOLLA IL LINK [/IMG]
